Williams Bethea & Associates understands the challenges that many individuals and small business face with their start-up efforts. As a result, we have and will continue to offer free nonprofit consulting support to a limited number of groups that are working to make a difference in the Lenoir County community.
Nonprofit organizations who have been beneficiaries of our free nonprofit support for 2009 include:
- La Voz ENC, Inc. Williams Bethea & Associates has worked closely with the founders of this nonprofit since its inception in September of 2008. We prepared Articles of Incorporation; bylaws, and Conflict of Interest policy for the agency. We also completed the IRS Form 1023 for 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status which was received in June. - New Beginnings Community Outreach Center. Williams Bethea & Associates worked closely with Patricia David, founder of the nonprofit to prepare and submit IRS Form 1023 for 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. The organization has recently received its 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status.
- Lenoir County Crime Stoppers. Williams Bethea & Associates provided administrative and financial support for the 2009 Kinston Night Out Celebration held on Tuesday, August 4, 2009. Tasks have included website design, printing of materials and assistance with coordination of talent for Kinston All-America City Talent Showcase.
